Individual therapy, also known as one-to-one counselling or talk therapy, is a collaborative process between you and a trained therapist. Our goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and life experiences at your own pace.You do not need to have a mental health diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Many clients attend sessions to:
