At The Healing Hub, a consultation offers a calm and supportive space where you can share what has been on your mind and explore whether therapy or psychological support feels right for you. During this session, you will meet with a therapist or mental health practitioner who will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you consider what kind of support may feel most helpful.
There is no pressure and no expectation to have everything figured out. The consultation simply creates space to pause, reflect, and begin understanding what kind of support may feel helpful.

A consultation is a 30-minute introductory session with a therapist or mental health practitioner designed to help you explore therapy in a relaxed and confidential setting.
During this conversation we take time to understand what has brought you here and what kind of support might feel most meaningful for you.

It is an opportunity to begin gently, without commitment or pressure.
